What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message, plus the sender’s IP address (to protect against spam). These are used only to reply to your message.
- Server logs. Standard web server records (IP address, time, requested page) are kept for a limited period for security.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. A session cookie is used only in the admin area, for editors to sign in.
Third-party services
Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap servers; your browser sends them the standard request data. External links lead to sites whose policies we are not responsible for.
Retention and deletion
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply, then deleted. To ask for your data to be deleted, write to us via the contact page.
