Pre holiday sales of New Year goods will last until December 31, and shops and catering businesses are advised to extend hours and expand their assortment.

According to specialists from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Consumer Market Development of the Irkutsk city administration, this number of locations will be sufficient to meet residents’ demand. From year to year, it remains roughly the same.
There are also provisions for mobile retail service locations. There will be 28 in total. Most of the retail outlets will be located in areas where residents gather for mass festivities.
Pre-holiday sales of New Year goods will continue until December 31.
During these days, managers of shops, shopping centers, and markets of various forms of ownership are recommended to extend their opening hours, and catering establishments are advised to expand their menu offerings and organize festive service.
