During the holiday events in Irkutsk Region, EMERCOM of Russia inspectors coordinated with church, police, medical, and rescue services. 858 people and 125 vehicles were involved. The holiday passed without incidents.
Employees of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Irkutsk Region organized cooperation at an appropriate level on issues of ensuring safety during the holiday with representatives of the Orthodox Church, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Irkutsk Region, the Ministry of Health of the Irkutsk Region, the Irkutsk Cossack Host, the Regional State Budgetary Institution “Emergency Rescue Service of the Irkutsk Region,” the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Emergency Rescue Service of the City of Irkutsk,” and the Baikal Search and Rescue Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. In total, 858 people and 125 units of equipment were involved, including 116 people and 19 units of equipment from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Irkutsk Region.The planned organization of public safety made it possible to complete the festive events without incidents.
