The project will be carried out by the Central Market municipal enterprise, and the issue of transferring the land plot should be resolved within two months. Similar experience has already proven effective in Second Irkutsk, where improvements helped stop unauthorized trade.
Currently, in the area of the Energetikov settlement, there is an informal market. In the future, trade stalls, administrative premises, and lighting are to be installed there. The retail area in Energetikov will be created by the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Central Market.” Within two months, the Committee for Municipal Property Management will decide on the transfer of the land plot to “Central Market.” A similar site already exists in Second Irkutsk at the corner of Sibirskikh Partizan and Muravyov streets. This has helped stop unauthorized trade in this area.
