In the Irkutsk region, a competition was announced to find and support business ideas for modernizing and creating new enterprises in the real economy sector. Projects must be implemented in Russia and aimed at solving economic, social, and environmental tasks, and the winner can receive a targeted loan on preferential terms. Applications are accepted until May 15, and total project funding can reach 1 billion rubles.
– The search, selection, and support of business ideas related to the modernization and creation of new enterprises in the real sector of the economy is the main task of the competition. The submitted projects must be implemented on the territory of Russia and be aimed at solving existing economic, social, and environmental problems, improving the investment climate of the constituent entity of the federation, the quality of life of the population, and ensuring the environmental safety of the region.As Ruslan Kim said, under the terms of the competition, the project budget must be secured by the applicant’s own funds in the amount of at least 10%. The winner will receive a targeted loan on preferential terms, the total amount of financing for which cannot exceed 1 billion rubles.
The minister explained that the project implementation period and repayment of funds must not exceed 17 years from the start of financing.
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until May 15 of the current year. The selection criteria, the list of additional documents, as well as information about the competition are posted on the website www.infra-konkurs.ru
