In Irkutsk, the results of the 5th open contest of social preventive advertising Healthy Generation were summed up, held in the city since 2009. This year the jury reviewed 165 works from different Russian cities, and the festival grand prix went to Irkutsk resident Yuri Ladutko. The organizers hope the project will help build a strong social advertising team able to create notable works for Irkutsk and represent the city in other contests.

Participant of the festival’s expert council Artem Seleznev said that the workspace and “brainstorming” area will be provided by the anti-cafe “4 rooms”.
At the final stage of the project, the department for physical culture, sports, and youth policy of the committee on social policy and culture hopes to obtain a full-fledged “social advertising team” that will create worthy examples for Irkutsk and represent our city in other competitions.
The social advertising festival “Healthy Generation” has been held in Irkutsk since 2009. As part of the festival, there is a competition of social preventive advertising, master classes, and lectures by specialists from Irkutsk, Moscow, and St. Petersburg. This year, 150 authors from Irkutsk, Izhevsk, Ryazan, Novy Urengoy, Khabarovsk, Smolensk, Belgorod, and Chelyabinsk submitted applications to the social advertising competition “Healthy Generation.” The jury reviewed 165 works in five categories.
The festival’s Grand Prix and main prize were awarded to Irkutsk resident Yuri Ladutko. And first place in the “video” category was taken by a clip from a Ryazan film studio. In Dmitry Abramovich’s opinion, Irkutsk residents should join forces in order to create a social video that can compete with TV studios from other cities.
The award ceremony for participants and winners was held in the assembly hall of the city administration. Partners of the competition included the student trade union organization of IrGTU, the anti-cafe “4Room,” the Quiksilver extreme sports clothing store, and the websites Irk.ru and “Baikal24. Culture”.
