Winners will be chosen based on filmography, previous films, rough video materials, recommendations, diplomas and letters of thanks. Applications are accepted until May 13, and results will be announced on May 30, 2013.
Film studios, documentary filmmakers, directors, producers, and screenwriters who have a legal entity or individual entrepreneur status are invited to participate in the competition. When determining the winners, the filmography of the director, cinematographer, producer, and composer, previously created films, rough video materials, recommendations, diplomas, and letters of appreciation will be taken into account.Applications must be submitted no later than May 13. The results will be announced on May 30, 2013.
