In Irkutsk free photo scanning points were set up in city libraries and in Kirov Square, where a special center in a blue tent with the campaign logo works daily until June 1 from 11 00 to 19 00. All collected photos will be combined into one archive and placed on the Wall of Memory at the Eternal Flame on June 22.
