In Irkutsk on April 28, a fitness marathon was held at the Gold’s Gym fitness club as part of the “Family: Sport, Harmony, Perfection” program. The event was attended by 10 teams from Irkutsk, Shelekhov, and the Irkutsk District, representing enterprises and institutions of the Angara region.The fitness marathon was held with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle, fostering motivation for physical education and sports, and increasing the appeal of mass family sports. The teams took part in an aerobic workout, climbing wall competitions, and competed in table tennis and badminton.
All teams were awarded prizes and certificates in various categories: “Olympic Hope” - the Makagon family (Kindergarten No. 128, Irkutsk), “Happy Family” - the Kasyanov family (Dental Polyclinic No. 1, Irkutsk), “Most Friendly Family” - the Voronov family (OOO Osnova, Irkutsk District), “Most Mischievous Family” - the Aptekarev family (agro-industrial company, Irkutsk), “To the Heights of Sport” - the Leontyev family (OOO Zapbamstroy, Shelekhov), “They Never Get Any Rest” - the Shevchenko family (OOO Alliance Stroy, Irkutsk), “Family Harmony” - the Savinov family (Chief time magazine, Irkutsk), “Most Extreme Family” - the Shulgin family (Irkutsk Region Climbing Federation, Irkutsk), “Most Athletic Family” - the Drozdov family (an Irkutsk enterprise), “Super Family” - the Koglyan family (Steel Systems Trading House, Shelekhov).
The next event is scheduled for May 11. A sports festival, “Mom, Dad, and I Are a Sports Family,” will be held at the Vesna fitness club.
