In Irkutsk about 3 million rubles have already been allocated for spring cleanup this year, 1.5 million of which went to districts for collecting and removing waste. Now an additional 1 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes, to be distributed among all four administrative districts of the city. Changes to the city budget are planned to be approved at the May session of the Irkutsk Duma.
