Recall that the scholarship was established 14 years ago in 1999. Initially, the scholarships were awarded in the following amounts: 200 rubles for university students, 150 rubles for students of secondary and primary vocational education institutions. In 2012, on the initiative of Mayor Viktor Kondrashov, the scholarship was increased to 15,000 rubles.
