In Irkutsk, work continues to improve terminal stops, with boarding platforms, shelters, dispatch points, toilets, benches, bins, sidewalks and landscaping to be added. Four stops have already been improved for 23 million rubles, and three more are planned this year, including Karl Liebknecht and the Interior Ministry Institute. It is also reported that a permanent toilet will be installed at the stop in Topkinsky district at the carriers expense.

According to the projects, it is planned to install passenger boarding areas, retail pavilions, dispatch points, toilets, as well as benches, trash bins, sidewalks, and landscaping. At present, 4 terminal stops have been equipped: “Pervomaysky Microdistrict,” “Yubileiny Microdistrict,” in the “Airport” area, and “Zeleny Microdistrict,” for a total of 23 million rubles. This year, they plan to improve 3 more points with bus shelters, trash bins, and benches. These are the two stops “Karl Liebknecht” and “Ministry of Internal Affairs Institute.”
As a reminder, in 2009 plans were developed to improve 9 terminal stops: “Bokovo settlement,” “Hospital No. 8,” “6th Microdistrict,” “Airport,” “Topkinsky Microdistrict,” “Solnechny Microdistrict,” “Yubileiny Microdistrict,” “Pervomaysky Microdistrict,” and “Novo-Irkutskaya CHP.” At the terminal stop in the Topkinsky microdistrict, the installation of a stationary toilet with a cesspit is planned at the expense of carriers.
