In Irkutsk and the region, auctions are being held to lease federal land for integrated housing development under an agreement with the federal fund for promoting housing construction. The article describes the law that sets the rules for forming lists of citizens eligible to buy economy class housing and the procedure for including them in these lists.

The law is called “On the Rules for Forming Lists of Citizens Eligible to Purchase Economy-Class Housing Built or Under Construction on Land Plots of the Federal Fund for the Promotion of Housing Construction Development, Transferred for Gratuitous Use or Lease for the Construction of Economy-Class Housing, Including Their Integrated Development for the Purpose of Building Such Housing, and on the Procedure and Priority for Including the Said Citizens in These Lists.” Let us recall that, under an agreement with the federal fund for the promotion of construction development, auctions are being held in Irkutsk and the Irkutsk Region, at which federal land is leased for integrated residential development.
