In the near future, the following set of measures is planned: to purchase pheromone traps to eliminate the pest, to carry out foliar feeding for trees damaged by the pest, and to perform restorative pruning of the apple trees, followed by shredding and burning of the branches. For these purposes, 5 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget.In addition, a website will soon begin operating, where every city resident will be able to report on the condition of the apple plantings and the extent of their damage by pests.
