Irkutsk passengers are reminded, if the law is broken, the route is deviated from, or the driver is rude, contact the carrier management or the city administration transport and communications department, giving the route number, vehicle plate, date and time. It also reminds that smoking tobacco is forbidden when providing passenger transport services, a federal law requirement aimed at protecting health.
In the event of a violation of the law, deviation from the route, or rude behavior on the part of the driver, passengers should contact the driver’s management, or the Department of Transport and Communications of the Committee for Housing and Communal Services of the Administration of the City of Irkutsk (tel. 52-00-39). It is sufficient to provide the route number and the vehicle’s state registration number, as well as the time and date, so that measures may be taken against the violators.In accordance with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.2013 “On Protecting the Health of Citizens from Exposure to Environmental Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption,” paragraph 3 of Article 12 states that smoking tobacco is prohibited in certain areas, in premises and facilities, on long-distance trains, on vessels engaged in long voyages, and when providing passenger transportation services.
