In Irkutsk, due to major heating network repairs, traffic on several streets is temporarily closed and routes for several bus lines are changed. Adjustments affect routes 11, 24, 26 and several lines on Lermontov, with some stops moved or canceled.

In connection with the overhaul of the heating network, traffic has been closed on some streets of Irkutsk.
Traffic will be closed on Kommunisticheskaya St. (on the section from 3rd of July St. to 4th Sovetskaya St.) from June 25 to July 20, 2009; the route of bus line No. 11 “B. Postysheva – Chaykovskogo St.” will be changed: when traveling toward B. Postysheva from Lenina St., the route will run along Sedova, Sovetskaya, Baykalskaya, Piskunova, Lebedeva-Kumacha, 7th Sovetskaya, Kommunisticheskaya, 6th Sovetskaya, a turnaround at the intersection of 6th Sovetskaya-Sibirskaya Sts., 6th Sovetskaya, Kommunisticheskaya, B. Postysheva. When traveling toward B. Postysheva, the stops “Musical Theater” and “Puppet Theater” will be added. When traveling from B. Postysheva, the route will run along B. Postysheva, Kommunisticheskaya, 6th Sovetskaya, a turnaround at the intersection of 6th Sovetskaya-Sibirskaya Sts., 6th Sovetskaya, Kommunisticheskaya, 7th Sovetskaya, Lebedeva-Kumacha, 25th Oktyabrya, Sedova and continuing along the route. When traveling from B. Postysheva, the stop “4th Sovetskaya” will be canceled.
In connection with the overhaul of the heating network on Aviastroiteley St. from June 25 to July 16, 2009, the routes of bus lines Nos. 24, 26 will be changed: the route of bus line No. 24 “Aviazavod – 6th microdistrict of N. Lenino,” when traveling to the “Aviazavod” stop, will run after M. Ulyanova St. along Sibirskikh Partizan and Novatorov streets; when traveling from the “Aviazavod” stop - along Novatorov, Sibirskikh Partizan, Zhukova, Mira streets and continuing along the route. The “Travmpunkt” stop (Polzunova St.) will be moved to the location of the existing “Zhukova” stop (Sibirskikh Partizan St.). The “Stadion” and “Banya” stops (Aviastroiteley St.) will be moved to the locations of the existing “Cafe” and “Factory-Kitchen” stops (Sibirskikh Partizan St.). The route of bus line No. 26 “Aviazavod – Zhilkino settlement,” when traveling to the “Aviazavod” stop, will run after M. Ulyanova St. along Sibirskikh Partizan and Novatorov streets. The “Travm-punkt” stop (Polzunova St.) will be moved to the location of the existing “Zhukova” stop (Sibirskikh Partizan St.). The “Stadion” and “Banya” stops (Aviastroiteley St.) will be moved to the locations of the existing “Cafe” and “Factory-Kitchen” stops (Sibirskikh Partizan St.).

In connection with the overhaul of the heating network and the closure of traffic on Lermontova St. (on the section from Tereshkovoy St. to Chernyshevskogo St.) from June 27 to August 31, 2009, the routes of bus lines Nos. 3, 4, 7k, 18, 18s, 21, 40, 49, 52k, 55, 57, 61, 64, 67, 72, 80, 85, 88, 90, 95 when traveling from Mayakovskogo St. will run along 2nd Zheleznodorozhnaya, Tereshkovoy, 4th Zheleznodorozhnaya, Chernyshevskogo, Lermontova streets and and continuing along the route.
The “ul.Shmidta” stop from Lermontova St. will be moved to 4th Zheleznodorozhnaya St. between buildings 44 and 46a.
