As a result of a collision with a cyclist, the motorcyclist died

In Irkutsk, the circumstances of a crash involving a Honda motorcycle are being investigated, in which an 18 year old local resident died. It was found that he had no drivers license, and the motorcycle was not registered with the traffic police. Police are also assessing the cyclists actions and reminding them of the traffic rules for such road users.

It has been established that the 18-year-old deceased resident of Irkutsk did not have a driver’s license and had already been held liable for traffic violations. The Honda motorcycle he was riding was not registered with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. Its ownership is now being determined.
Traffic police officers continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident. In the near future, an assessment will be made of the actions of the cyclist, who, according to the Traffic Rules, must ride on the bicycle lane, and if there is none, only in a single file along the far right lane of the roadway.
