Protocols are drawn up against violators, and fines are issued. Thus, an individual who commits an offense in the area of public amenities will have to pay from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. For officials, the amounts are higher — 6,000 to 10,000 rubles. However, as inspectors note, it is difficult to hold violators accountable. To draw up a protocol, it is necessary to obtain the violators’ personal data, and they, spotting the inspectors, usually quickly leave the scene of the offense. During the latest inspections, four protocols were drawn up. Nevertheless, the raids will continue until the end of the warm season.
