By the end of 2013, an electronic portal Labor Protection in the Irkutsk Region will appear on the website of the Ministry of Labor and Employment. It will unite the labor protection management system, make the regulatory base more accessible for managers and specialists, and help coordinate the work of supervisory and control bodies. The resource is being created under the agency program and on the order of the President of Russia.
An electronic portal, “Occupational Safety and Health in the Irkutsk Region,” will be created in the Irkutsk Region. The creation of the portal is provided as part of the implementation of the departmental program “Improving Working Conditions and Occupational Safety in the Irkutsk Region for 2012-2014.” The electronic resource will begin operating by the end of 2013 on the basis of the website of the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Angara Region.In addition, the creation of the portal is one of the measures being implemented pursuant to the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin following the meeting of the Council for the Development of Local Self-Government, held in January of this year.
The portal is intended to bring together all levels and verticals of the state occupational safety and health management system, and to ensure access to the regulatory framework on occupational safety and health for managers and specialists of organizations in the Irkutsk Region. In addition, the resource will help coordinate the activities of supervisory and control bodies overseeing working conditions in the region.
