A contest of amateur flash mobs devoted to healthy living and aimed at youth and city residents has been announced in Irkutsk. Teams of at least 10 people may take part, and each school may submit only one flash mob. Applications are accepted until 2 p.m. on September 25, and a commission will judge performances by five criteria, including originality, spectacle, and clarity of the campaign idea.
The theme of the flash mob should attract the attention of young people and residents of the city of Irkutsk to a healthy lifestyle, and each team must include at least 10 people. Educational institutions will field their teams (one flash mob from each educational institution).An application for the amateur flash mob competition can be submitted to the Department for Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of the Irkutsk City Administration by 2:00 p.m. on September 25 at the email address metod210@mail.ru (for inquiries by phone: 520-197).
The flash mobs will be evaluated by a competition committee according to five criteria: compliance with the task (up to 5 points); quality of organization (up to 5 points); originality of the script (up to 5 points); spectacle of the performance (up to 10 points); and the extent to which others understand what the participants of the event are doing (up to 5 points).
