Residents of Irkutsk are invited to a series of free training seminars under the municipal program to support small and medium businesses. Participants will learn about investing, the patent tax system, public procurement, legal risks in using IT, and practical ways to increase sales and profit. Classes will run from October 24 to November 21, from 14:00 to 18:00, at 11 Lenin Street.
