In the Angara region, the best enterprises of the Irkutsk Region business ranking for 2012 were awarded. More than 50 companies took part, and winners were chosen by financial, economic, investment, environmental and social indicators in nine categories. The absolute leader was Angarsk Petrochemical Company, and after the ceremony there was a discussion on business and government cooperation.
The best enterprises in the Ranking of Economic Entities of the Irkutsk Region based on the results of 2012 were honored today in the Angara region.This year, more than 50 companies took part in the Ranking. When selecting the best, various indicators were taken into account, including financial and economic, investment, environmental, and social ones. The winners were determined in nine categories: the “Fuel and Energy Complex” group, the “Consumer Goods Production” group, the “Construction Complex” group, the “Transport” group, the “Housing and Utilities Complex” group, the “Communications” group, the “Timber Industry Complex” group, the “Metallurgical and Machine-Building Complex” group, and the “Chemical Complex” group. Among the leaders, the absolute winner of the ranking was also determined — OJSC Angarsk Petrochemical Company.
After the awards ceremony, a discussion on issues of interaction between business and government was held with the participation of ministers of the regional Government.
