In the Zhigalovsky district, the Youth of Pribaikalye campaign was held, bringing together seminars, business and intellectual games, as well as an analysis of the social and economic situation and a sociological survey of residents. Participants developed and carried out three social projects for preschools, organizing celebrations and game programs for children. A separate seminar for teachers and specialists was devoted to youth policy, patriotic education, and the development of volunteering.
As part of the “Youth of Pribaikalye” campaign, a training seminar on fostering tolerant relationships, “All Ours,” a business game, “Leader,” and an intellectual game (quiz), “Human Exploration of Space,” were held. The participants of the campaign analyzed the socio-economic situation in the Zhigalovsky District and conducted a sociological survey of the population.During the youth campaign, the participants developed and implemented three projects: “Bright Colors of Childhood,” “A Holiday for Children,” and “With a Fairy Tale as a Guest.” The social projects were implemented on the basis of preschool institutions in the Zhigalovsky District. Holidays were organized for children.
In addition, a seminar was held for teachers and youth work specialists. The seminar discussed the priority areas of state youth policy in the Irkutsk Region, issues of patriotic education of young people, the development of volunteerism, and the creation of a public association.
As a reminder, the “Youth of Pribaikalye” campaigns have been held in the Irkutsk Region since 2006. In 2012, about 2,500 people took part in the campaigns, and 40 social projects were implemented. This year, youth campaigns were held in Usolye-Sibirskoye, Ust-Kut, and Tulun. The next campaign is scheduled for October 30-31 in Cheremkhovo.
