The city has completed construction of a new kindergarten, which received more than 150 million rubles from the city and regional budgets. The building has sports and music halls, a pool, a computer room, a medical unit and a kitchen unit, and meets modern energy saving standards. By the end of the year, two more kindergartens are planned to open, and construction will begin on the first extension to an existing facility for 140 children.

Construction of the kindergarten began in April last year. Just over 80 million rubles were allocated from the city treasury for the construction of the new building, and 76 million rubles from the regional budget on a co-financing basis. The kindergarten has sports and music halls, a swimming pool, a computer room, a medical unit, and a food service unit. The building was constructed in accordance with modern energy-saving requirements. The interior finishing of the premises was carried out using modern, high-quality, durable materials.
By the end of the year, it is planned to open two more kindergartens. In November, a kindergarten for 110 children will open in the Oktyabrsky district, and in December a kindergarten for 220 children in the Yubileiny microdistrict.
As the mayor reported, 10 sites are ready for the construction of kindergartens. In addition, work is currently being carried out in three directions: providing premises on preferential terms for private kindergartens, building new kindergartens, and extensions to existing kindergartens. A standard design for such an extension for 140 children has already been approved, 4 kindergartens have been identified, and construction of the first extension is planned to begin this year.
