Today investigators will inspect both vehicles and question participants and witnesses, after which a legal decision will be made.
At present, all the circumstances of the incident are being investigated. Preliminary findings indicate that the driver of the PAZ bus is at fault. According to the available documents, the deceased driver underwent a pre-trip medical examination, and the vehicle was checked as part of a pre-trip technical inspection. The bus’s total mileage was 38,000 kilometers. It was put into service in 2012.As part of the further investigation, both vehicles will be inspected today, and the other participants and witnesses to the accident will also be questioned.
A legal decision will be made based on the results of the investigation.
