Last year 70.6 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget to buy apartments for orphaned children, and after three electronic auctions contracts were signed to build 45 homes. In early January 15 orphans had already moved into new apartments on Vorovskogo Street, where the housing is delivered with finished interiors, plumbing, and an electric stove. Nearby are schools, a kindergarten, and children's centers, and this work is planned to continue this year.
A subvention from the regional budget in the amount of 70 million 588.4 thousand rubles was provided for the purchase of apartments. Among developer organizations, 3 open electronic auctions were announced and held last year for the right to conclude municipal contracts for the construction of 45 residential units. At the beginning of January this year, 15 orphans moved into new apartments on Vorovskogo Street.The apartments are provided with a turnkey finish, including wall finishing (wallpaper) and ceiling finishing (water-based paint), installation of interior and entrance doors, heating appliances, windows, installation of finished floors (linoleum), installation of power and lighting wiring, installation of an electric stove and plumbing fixtures.
Near the built houses of the residential complex there are two schools, as well as the new kindergarten No. 175. The residential complex also includes a day-care group for children, centers for children’s development and recreation (clubs, playroom, organization of celebrations).
This year, work on providing housing for orphaned children will continue.
