Last year nearly 11 thousand people applied for public services at the units of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Irkutsk, but only a few filed applications online. The police remind that the electronic format is convenient with individual appointment booking and the ability to track each stage of application review. The agency urges Irkutsk residents to use online services more actively.
Over the past year, nearly 11,000 citizens applied for public services to the divisions for licensing and permitting work and for supervision of private detective and security activities of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Directorate for the City of Irkutsk. However, only 7 people chose to submit applications via the Internet. In the first two months of 2014, three more Irkutsk residents applied for the service electronically. The advantages of submitting an electronic application to obtain these services are that, first, the citizen will be given an appointment individually at a specific time, and second, the police will inform them of each stage of work on their application.
The police urge citizens to make more active use of the opportunity to obtain public services via the Internet.
