In the Irkutsk region 6 531 honorary donors have already received the annual cash payment, which the region transferred under the new procedure. Since January 1, 2014, its amount, with indexation, is 11.7 thousand rubles, and the payment is made once a year no later than April 1.

According to the deputy minister, in accordance with the new procedure for making the annual cash payment to persons awarded the badge “Honorary Donor of Russia,” approved by an order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, from January 1, 2014 the annual cash payment is made once a year, no later than April 1 of the current year. The Ministry of Social Development, Guardianship and Trusteeship of the region transferred the annual cash payment to 6,531 citizens living in the Irkutsk Region and awarded the badge “Honorary Donor of Russia” (“Honorary Donor of the USSR”). The amount of the annual cash payment, taking into account indexation from January 1, 2014, is 11.7 thousand rubles.
