In the Irkutsk region, employers can be reimbursed for equipping workplaces for people with disabilities, parents of large families, and parents of children with disabilities. The subsidy amount depends on the employee category, up to 100 thousand rubles for group I, up to 72 thousand for group II, up to 65 thousand for group III, and up to 30 thousand rubles for parents of large families. The material explains in detail who can get support, what documents are needed, and what obligations the employer must take on.
The amount of the subsidy depends on the degree of the disabled person’s loss of working capacity. For example, to create a workplace for a disabled person of Group III, the state reimburses up to 65,000 rubles; for a disabled person of Group II, up to 72,000 rubles; and for a disabled person of Group I, up to 100,000 rubles. When equipping a workplace (including at home) for parents of many children and parents raising disabled children, the employer is reimbursed up to 30,000 rubles. To receive the subsidy, the employer must conclude an agreement with the Employment Center and an employment contract with citizens hired through the Employment Center.Non-state enterprises, peasant farms, and individual entrepreneurs producing goods and services are eligible to receive subsidies. To obtain the subsidy, the employer must submit to the Employment Center an application in free form and a package of documents (certificates of state registration, extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or extracts from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, information on the need for workers indicating the category of citizens for whom workplaces are being equipped), as well as estimates of the costs of equipping workplaces and a written commitment to employ, for a period of at least 12 months, citizens from among the disabled persons referred by the Employment Center.
Subsidies are provided under the departmental target Program “Assistance in the Employment of Unemployed Disabled Persons, Parents of Many Children, and Parents Raising Disabled Children in Workplaces Equipped for Them in the Irkutsk Region.” In the event of incomplete use of the subsidies or violation of the conditions for their provision, they must be returned to the regional budget within 30 days from the moment the violation is identified.
