In Irkutsk they recalled one of the highest forms of city recognition, the diploma and commemorative badge For Merit in the Development of Irkutsk, established in 2001. On May 29, 2014, at the 58th meeting of the Irkutsk City Duma of the 5th convocation, it was decided to award this honor and diploma to four Irkutsk residents.
Recall that in 2001, in order to encourage citizens for their outstanding contribution to the development and enhancement of the economic and spiritual potential of Irkutsk, the City Duma approved one of the highest forms of recognition for citizens in the city of Irkutsk - the diploma and commemorative badge “For Merits in the Development of the City of Irkutsk.”On May 29, 2014, at the 58th session of the Irkutsk City Duma of the 5th convocation, decisions were made to award four residents of Irkutsk with the commemorative badge “For Merits in the Development of the City of Irkutsk” and the diploma accompanying it.
