In Irkutsk, the conditions for receiving a housing purchase subsidy for families in which three or more children were born at the same time have been expanded. Now only families registered in the city for at least a year will be eligible for a payment of 97 percent of the apartment cost or down payment. The changes were approved by Duma deputies, and the support measure has been in effect since 2010 and previously applied to all Irkutsk families with triplets without such a restriction.
