Traffic to the highway via Baikalskaya Street is currently open, the regional government press service noted.
It should be noted that construction on the first overpass in the bypass area is nearing completion, and concreting work is beginning there.
As Deputy Minister of Construction and Road Management of the Irkutsk Region Vyacheslav Kudruk said, the traffic scheme was developed in accordance with the project that passed expert review. We planned to close this section of the road from July 1, but the contractor is ahead of schedule, so traffic on Shiryamova Street is already closed.
