IGU plans to spend half a million rubles on organizing the Baikal Camp of Intellectual Games 2015. The auction has already been announced on the public procurement site. Applications are accepted until June 30, and the auction will take place on July 9. To participate, a 5 thousand ruble bid security is required. The ISU plans to spend half a million rubles on organizing the “Baikal Camp of Intellectual Games-2015.” The corresponding electronic auction has been announced on the Russian government procurement website.Applications from those wishing to take part in it are accepted until June 30. Applications may be submitted by persons who have received accreditation on the electronic platform.
The electronic auction will take place on July 9. The amount of the bid security for participation in the auction is 5,000 rubles.
“Participation in the auction is possible if the participant’s personal account has funds in an amount no less than the amount of the bid security for participation in the electronic auction,” the government procurement information notes.
The procurement participant must indicate in the application for participation whether they belong to small businesses or socially oriented non-profit organizations.
During the electronic auction, its participants submit price offers for the contract, which are aimed at lowering the current lowest contract price offer. If an auction participant offers a contract price equal to another participant’s price, the offer that was submitted earlier is recognized as the best.
The bid security for participation in the electronic auction may be provided by the auction participant only by depositing funds.
