"Within a few hours, inspectors from the search group of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Irkutsk established the license plate number and make of the Honda Mobilio. During further search operations, police found the vehicle and established the whereabouts of the driver who had fled. At the time of detention, the man was in an apartment and drinking alcoholic beverages," the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Irkutsk Region noted.
