The Oktyabrsky District Prosecutor's Office of Irkutsk found serious violations of labor law and occupational safety requirements in several shopping centers in the city. Following the inspection, employees and officials of Orang, Novy, Solnechny, Etalon, Modny Kvartal, Karamel, Komsomoll, Triumph and Tsvetnoy Park were held administratively liable, and total fines amounted to 306 thousand rubles.
Employees of shopping centers in the Oktyabrsky District were fined 306,000 rubles for violations of the labor code.As a result of a prosecutor’s inspection, serious violations of labor protection legislation were identified, and the prosecutor issued 18 rulings initiating administrative offense cases against legal entities and officials.
Fines were paid by employees of the Orang, "Novy," "Solnechny," "Etalon," "Modny Kvartal," "Karamel," "Komsomoll," "Triumph," and "Tsvetnoy Park" shopping centers. This was reported by the press service of the Irkutsk Region Prosecutor’s Office.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Oktyabrsky District of Irkutsk, with the support of the State Labor Inspectorate for the Irkutsk Region, held employees of shopping complexes accountable for violations of labor legislation.
As reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, during the inspection numerous violations of labor protection legislation were identified, and as a result, submissions to eliminate the identified violations of the law were sent to the heads of the organizations; these were reviewed and satisfied, and five guilty persons were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
