Due to road repairs and district heating construction, traffic on Partizanskaya Street in Irkutsk will be closed in turns until early September, and the K. Liebknecht and Trilisser intersection will remain closed until 10.09.2015. Authorities have already set the sections and restriction periods, and suggested possible detours. Drivers should plan ahead to avoid delays.
Due to road repairs and the construction of a heating network, traffic on Partizanskaya Street will be closed in sections. This will continue until the first days of September, and drivers are asked to plan their routes in advance.Construction of a heating network is currently underway at the intersection of K. Liebknecht St. and Trilisser St. Therefore, traffic through the intersection is closed until 10.09.2015.
Road work is also being carried out to repair Partizanskaya Street on the section from Trilisser St. to Sovetskaya St. (the odd-numbered side of the street).
As reported by the city administration press service, traffic on Partizanskaya Street will be closed in sections:
from Krasnykh Madyar St. to Sovetskaya St. for the period from 21.07.2015 to 07.08.2015;
from Trilisser St. to Krasnykh Madyar St. for the period from 08.08.2015 to 21.08.2015;
the intersection of Krasnykh Madyar St. and Partizanskaya St. for the period from 21.08.2015 to 30.08.2015.
Detours are possible via Piskunova, Deputatskaya, Baikalskaya, Sovetskaya, 4th Sovetskaya, and Aleksandra Nevskogo streets.
