This was reported by the event coordinators.As the organizers say, the participants in Restaurant Day are not professionals. For everyone involved, this is an experiment, a new experience, and a reason to spend the day off having fun. And the rules of World Restaurant Day (this holiday was invented in Denmark) do not provide for the participation of actual food service establishments.
"We held the 'Provincial Bazaar' stall together with friends from 'Eco-Bazaar' two times in a row. Our main and traditional idea is that you can prepare a lot of delicious and healthy food from local and natural products. Last time, even bad weather didn’t ruin the evening for us; on average, about 200 people visited us. This time we want to change the concept and the location a little — we’re preparing for a total harvest celebration! And we participate all the time because it’s really fun: you cook, gain experience, can meet all your friends at once, and then you glow from the compliments!" - says Restaurant Day participant Ekaterina Chichigina.
Participation in this event is free and open to everyone.
