In the territory of the Irkutsk Region, under the “Housing for the Russian Family” program in Irkutsk and the settlement of Markovo, the acceptance of documents from citizens for inclusion in the lists of citizens wishing to purchase housing under this program has begun. The cost of this housing is 80% of its market value, but no more than 35.0 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m.
In the city, applications for inclusion in the lists of citizens eligible to purchase economy-class housing, as well as the formation and maintenance of the list of citizens eligible to purchase economy-class housing, are accepted on reception days Monday and Wednesday from 09.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. (break from 01.00 p.m. to 02.00 p.m.) by the Housing Accounting and Allocation Department of the Legal Work Department of the Administration of the City of Irkutsk at the address: 664025, Irkutsk, Marata St., 14, 1st floor, document submission windows. In Markovo, applications are accepted by the administration of the Markovsky municipal formation on reception days Monday, Wednesday from 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. (break from 12.00 p.m. to 01.00 p.m.) at the address: 664528, Markova settlement, 37, 1-2, tel. 49-33-28.
Citizens included in the lists have the right to purchase housing under the following housing construction projects:
in the city of Irkutsk – the Evolution residential complex, 6th microdistrict of Novo-Lenino, developer MUP “UKS of the City of Irkutsk”.
in the settlement of Markovo – the Lugovoye residential complex, 8th phase, developer LLC “VostSibStroy”;
in the city of Shelekhov – the Synergy residential complex, 3rd microdistrict, developer LLC “Foundation for the Development of the Youth Organization of IrkAZ”;
in the city of Angarsk – 31st microdistrict, developer CJSC “Stroykompleks”;
in the city of Sayansk – 9th microdistrict, developer LLC “KROST”.
