From August 10 to October 20, traffic on Siberian and 6th Sovetskaya streets in Irkutsk will be restricted in stages due to excavation work for the Rodnye Berega 2 heating network.
From August 10 to October 20, traffic on Sibirskaya and 6th Sovetskaya streets will be gradually restricted. This is due to earthworks at the project “Construction of the heat network ‘Native Shores-2. Phase 3 of construction, section 1 (reconstruction), section 2, section 3’.”As reported by the press service of the Irkutsk administration, traffic will be closed in several stages according to the following schedule:
Stage 1 – from 8:00 a.m. on August 10 until midnight on August 21, the section of Sibirskaya Street from Pogranichny Lane to Semen Lagoda Street will be closed.
Stage 2 – from 8:00 a.m. on August 22 until 24:00 on August 31, Sibirskaya Street from Semen Lagoda Street to 6th Sovetskaya Street will be closed to traffic.
Stage 3 – from 8:00 a.m. on September 1 until midnight on September 20, the section of 6th Sovetskaya Street from Sibirskaya Street to Sibirsky Lane will be closed.
Stage 4 – from 8:00 a.m. on September 21 until midnight on October 20, 6th Sovetskaya Street from Dalnevostochnaya Street to Sibirsky Lane will be closed.
During the work, the contractor must ensure access to the homes of local residents and emergency services.
