A German study showed that popular anti cellulite creams and vibromassagers from well known brands were ineffective, regardless of price they all got low ratings. Experts note that proper nutrition, green tea, fiber rich foods and regular exercise help much better against cellulite. They also advise caution with vibration trainers, especially for people with chronic diseases.
Now pharmacies and stores sell many different products to combat the main enemy of modern women - cellulite. How effective are they? This question was asked by a German consumer product comparison organization. Relevant studies were conducted on creams and vibrating massagers from well-known brands Christian Dior, Frei, L´Oreal, Garnier, Nivea and Florena, the leaders in this field.
In the course of the study, 300 women tested 10 anti-cellulite products for a month - 8 creams and 2 massagers from well-known brands and of varying prices. All the products, both cheap and expensive, proved ineffective, ultimately receiving ratings of "unsatisfactory" and "ineffective".
Many foreign and Russian experts believe that the best way to fight cellulite is to consume a variety of low-fat foods in combination with exercise.
The main cause of cellulite is a deterioration in metabolism, so specialists recommend actively drinking green tea, which helps reduce oxidation processes, increasing the share of foods containing fiber, eating more vegetables and fruits, as well as cereals and wholemeal bread.
Physical activity can really help normalize metabolism and reduce fat deposition, and it promotes the production in the muscles of special substances - endomorphins, which improve microcirculation of blood in the tissues. It is no coincidence that those who sell anti-cellulite products recommend adding running, swimming, skiing, tennis, and light exercise on exercise machines to them "to enhance the effect." At the same time, the use of vibrating exercise machines should be approached carefully - they can be harmful to people with certain chronic diseases and pathologies, for example, kidney diseases.
