As a result of a prosecutor’s inspection, the second department for the investigation of especially important cases of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Irkutsk Region has opened a criminal case against the CEO of OOO “Irkutskneftegazstroy,” suspected of committing an offense under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (nonpayment of wages for more than two months).
