Business Week will take place in Irkutsk, a series of events for entrepreneurs, marketers and event industry specialists, combining business program, experience sharing and new ideas.

Business Week is a cognitive series of events with a rich practical and strategic business program. It will help specialists from different fields exchange experience, new knowledge, and creative ideas.
As part of Business Week, the following will take place: the Business Day entrepreneurs’ conference, the Event Expo Day 2015 festive industry exhibition, and the region’s main internet event — the Baikal Internet Forum.
On Business Day, September 9, round tables and discussions will be held at the Molchanov-Sibirsky Library — presentations by entrepreneurs from Irkutsk, a meeting with representatives of the region’s Ministry of Economic Development, and a discussion of pressing issues facing regional business. Sergey Mayarenkov, adviser to the Minister of Economic Development of the Irkutsk Region and representative of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, will speak about the business support program in Irkutsk; Natalia Knyazeva, marketing specialist at 2GIS, will present an anti-crisis business development program; Pavel Voynich, director of the SMS-Review service, will talk about mobile marketing; and Irkutsk businesspeople will also share their experience.

On September 10, the Event Expo Day festive industry exhibition will take place in the large hall of the Baikal Business Center. It will bring together event organization specialists. Participants will be told about trends in the event industry. The experience of Irkutsk companies in business development through event organization will also be discussed. Participation in the exhibition will be of interest both to event clients (brand and HR managers, marketers, executives and business owners) and to representatives of public and municipal institutions (city administration, departments of culture, sports, and mass entertainment events), as well as to owners of event venues (restaurants, clubs, hotels).
From September 10 to 12, the Baikal Business Center will host the Baikal Internet Forum 2015 — the only internet marketing conference in Russia from Novosibirsk to the Far East. Leading Russian internet specialists will speak in thematic sessions about nanotechnologies, the latest industry trends, and proper budget planning and advertising campaigns during the crisis. A new feature of the forum will be a section on performance marketing — a new internet promotion direction for Russia’s regions, which makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of both online and offline marketing.
On the final day of the conference, master classes will be held. They will be conducted by representatives of Moscow internet agencies: Maxim Yurin, co-owner of the digital agency Little Big Agency, will reveal the secrets of building an effective SMM strategy, and Alexey Ivanov, director of the internet marketing agency ISEE Marketing, will tell participants how to achieve success in attracting customers through the internet. The event is coordinated by the digital agency Medvedev Marketing and the Association of Event Companies of Irkutsk, with the Molchanov-Sibirsky IOGUNB, the Baikal Training Center, and the Baikal Business Center as co-organizers.
