FC Baikal received three fines from the RFU disciplinary committee after its home win over Tom in the Russian Cup. The club was punished for a fan running onto the field, no video of the match with Luch-Energiya, and public order and safety violations at the stadium. Total fines were 55 thousand rubles, and next Irkutsk will face Moscow CSKA in the round of 32.

On September 3, the official website of the Football National League reported that the Russian Football Federation’s disciplinary committee had issued FC Baikal three fines at once.
The club was fined 15,000 rubles for a fan who ran onto the field after the home victory in the Round of 32 of the Russian Cup over Tom. According to the disciplinary council’s conclusion, after the match several people ran onto the stadium’s running tracks, and one onto the football field — this is a violation.
As a reminder, on August 27 FC Baikal defeated Football National League leader Tom 3-2 and advanced to the Round of 16 of the Russian Cup. In the next stage in Irkutsk, the Irkutsk athletes will be tested by the mega-masters from Moscow’s CSKA.
In addition, the Irkutsk football club will pay another 40,000 rubles in fines. Baikal was fined 10,000 rubles for the absence of a video recording of the home match with Luch-Energiya, and 30,000 rubles for failing to ensure public order and safety at the stadium during the match with Tom.
