In Irkutsk, police officers together with members of the Public Chamber of the Irkutsk Region conducted an inspection at one of the city’s saunas and detained girls there who were engaged in prostitution.Intimate services were provided at one of the saunas on Baikalskaya Street. There were two girls in the sauna, aged 23 and 26, and they are suspected of engaging in prostitution.
Bratsk residents are currently facing administrative liability for prostitution under Article 6.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Irkutsk reports.
Since 2015, more than six establishments have been found in Irkutsk where similar facts were identified. Eight girls aged 18 to 26 have been brought to administrative responsibility, seven of them Russian citizens and one girl a foreigner. All violators have been placed on criminalistic and preventive registers.
