In Irkutsk, a “Toyota Camry” burned down. The identity of the person responsible for the incident is currently being established.The fire broke out last night on Zhukov Avenue. By the time rescuers arrived, the car was completely engulfed in flames.
Four people and one fire engine were involved in extinguishing the fire, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Irkutsk Region said.
Combustible parts of the vehicle were damaged. Specialists are determining the cause of the incident and assessing the damage caused.
As a reminder, since the beginning of 2015, 94 vehicle fires have occurred in Irkutsk. In a number of cases, the fire damaged several cars parked nearby at once.
