The child suffered a concussion and was hospitalized, and a police witness said he suddenly ran out from behind a tree right in front of trolleybus No. 3. A student of the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity was crossing the road at an unauthorized place.
A police officer witnessed the accident. According to him, the boy suddenly darted out from behind a tree straight in front of trolleybus No. 3 that was approaching.
Teachers from the institution of supplementary education, gathered at the scene, said that children have been hit at this spot more than once.
- There are three educational institutions here, and very many children walk to classes. Last year and the year before, children were already hit here; something needs to be done.
