In Irkutsk, an inspection was conducted to curb the sale of alcoholic products in non-stationary retail outlets. The lease agreement will be terminated with the identified violators.
This time, the raid took place in the Oktyabrsky District, since violations of alcohol sales rules had already been repeatedly observed at this site.
The intersection of K. Liebknecht St. and Volzhskaya St. A non-stationary kiosk. Half of the display area in the window is occupied by alcoholic products. The seller claims that this is the first time she has heard of the ban on selling alcohol in the pavilion, however the owner has already been issued two warnings.
The next site is at the Omulevsky stop. It gives the impression that the pavilion specializes in selling alcohol. And the owner has already been held administratively liable more than once and paid fines for this violation.
“For these retail outlets, a decision has been made to terminate the land lease agreement,” says Natalya Sizyh, Deputy Head of the Consumer Market Department of the Committee for Property Management of the Irkutsk Administration. “The lease agreement provides the administration with the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally in the event that the tenant violates the law of the Russian Federation. For entrepreneurs, this means that within three months they must vacate the land plot by dismantling their pavilion. The lease of the land for the installation of the pavilion will be put up for auction so that law-abiding entrepreneurs can do business here.”
If the owner of the retail outlet does not dismantle his pavilion, the administration will carry out the dismantling, and the funds spent on the demolition will be recovered from the violator through the court.
At present, 27 notices of termination of land lease agreements have been sent to entrepreneurs who have repeatedly violated the law.
As reported by the city mayor’s office press service, by the end of this year the tenants are obliged to vacate the plots provided to them on lease for retail spaces.
In accordance with current legislation, the sale of alcoholic products is permitted only in stationary stores. Similar inspections will continue again.
