As reported by the regional election commission, the leaders in turnout are the Bayandaevsky (61.8%), Cheremkhovsky (47.8%) districts, and Svirsk (54%). In Irkutsk, turnout is 34.6% (158.6 thousand voters cast their ballots), in the Angarsk urban district – 26.4% (49 thousand voters), in Bratsk – 25.4% (45 thousand voters).
