On October 12, Valentina Peregudova was appointed Minister of Education of the Irkutsk Region. She is now wrapping up matters in the department and beginning her new duties.Since 2009, Valentina Peregudova had headed the region’s education department.
- I have already begun my duties as Minister of Education of the Irkutsk Region, and at the moment I am finishing up matters in the Irkutsk education department. I think that in the near future decisions will be made in the Ministry of Education, with which we will continue to work. As for the new head of the Irkutsk education department, I think the mayor will decide soon, - Valentina Peregudova noted.
As a reminder, Valentina Voblikova was appointed Deputy Chair of the regional government.
Since October 12, Andrey Kapitonov has begun his duties as Minister of Housing Policy, Energy, and Transport of the Irkutsk Region.
Natalia Boyarinova was appointed Minister of Finance of the region on October 9. Olga Stasyulevich has headed the Ministry of Culture and Archives of the Angara Region since October 8.
