The trial exams will take place from October 21 to 23 at educational institutions where Chinese is taught as a second foreign language.
There are only two such schools in the city. These are Education Center No. 47 and Municipal Budgetary General Education School No. 26.
The exam will consist of two parts: written and oral. Different versions of the tasks are provided for grades 8-9 and 10-11.
A total of 47 schoolchildren will take part in the trial. This was reported by the press service of the Government of the Irkutsk Region.
– Participation in the trial gives the children an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the structure of the tasks and the exam format, and gives experts the opportunity to develop a concept for conducting the Unified State Exam in Chinese, - explained Maxim Parfenov, Deputy Minister of Education of the Irkutsk Region.
According to the deputy minister, the trial of the Unified State Exam model in Chinese is currently taking place in several constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
